What is Forge?
Forge is the digital learning environment supporting Academy programs and eligible independent digital learning.
Can my child use Forge without attending Academy classes?
Yes. Eligible independent learning opportunities are available through Forge subscriptions.
Can we try Forge before subscribing?
Parents can request a trial to explore the learning experience. Trial access and conditions are confirmed through the registration process.
What is the annual subscription saving?
An annual subscription provides twelve months for the price of ten — equivalent to two months free compared with monthly billing.
Does every subscriber have access to every course?
No. Available courses and activities depend on the selected subscription.
Are weekly Academy classes included?
No. Forge subscriptions and educator-led Academy programs are separate offerings.
Can parents see their child's learning?
Linked parents can access selected learning information where available under their program and account permissions.
How does payment work?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Australian customers pay in Australian dollars (GST included), Singapore customers in Singapore dollars, and other international customers in US dollars.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly plans each month and annual plans each year — until cancelled.
How do we cancel?
Cancellation is simply upon request. Contact us and we'll cancel your subscription; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is the Australian price inclusive of GST?
Yes. The Australian dollar price includes GST.
What is Forge Community, and do we need it?
Forge Community is a separate, optional teen membership with five 90-minute online sessions a year and four short video-led community courses. It does not replace a Forge subscription or the Forge access included with Academy courses — existing course access stays exactly as it is.
