Innovate Forge Academy develops young people's ability to think creatively, solve problems, collaborate, lead and explore entrepreneurial opportunities. Students learn through practical challenges, coaching, experimentation, reflection and purposeful projects. The objective is not simply to teach business terminology or produce attractive prototypes. Students develop the ability to understand real needs, make informed decisions, test ideas, learn from feedback and communicate their thinking in an age-appropriate, inclusive and supportive environment.

Gary Gopinathan brings more than 25 years of experience in education, entrepreneurship, leadership development and capability building.
As the founder of Innovate Forge Academy, Gary combines his experience in coaching, mentoring, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship to help young people develop confidence and practical capabilities.
His leadership-development approach draws on international relationships, established leadership principles and practical, student-centred learning.
Through Innovate Forge Academy, Gary aims to help students discover their potential, communicate their ideas, develop initiative and become confident contributors.

Young Leaders supports teamwork, initiative and responsible leadership across the journey. It is not a mandatory prerequisite.
