Personalised by design

More Than a Class. A Personal Learning Experience.

Families visiting Melbourne may not want to enrol their child in a conventional multi-week course. A personalised program allows the student’s time in Melbourne to become a meaningful learning experience.

Depending on their interests, a custom program may combine:

  • Mentoring
  • Coaching
  • Communication
  • Technology
  • Leadership
  • Innovation
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Project development
  • Future exploration

Each experience begins by understanding the student.

The program is then designed around:

  • Age
  • Interests
  • Current abilities
  • Desired outcomes
  • Available time
  • Length of the Melbourne visit

Have Fun. Build Something. Show What You Learned.

What Will My Child Have to Show for the Experience?

Holiday programs should be enjoyable — but enjoyment and meaningful learning can happen together.

Depending on the experience, students may finish with:

  • A prototype
  • A digital project
  • A speech
  • A story
  • An innovation concept
  • A venture pitch
  • A presentation
  • A completed challenge

Selected programs also contribute towards Forge Academy badges and credentials. Recognition is earned through completed practical challenges — never simply for attending.

Explore Certification Pathways

Recognition for international students

Participation and applied learning are recognised differently.

International students can choose optional recognition that reflects what they actually demonstrated.

  • Melbourne Future Ready Experience — Applied Learning Credential. For students who complete the required practical evidence.
  • Certificate of Participation. For participation-only experiences.
  • Clear difference. The two are never confused — participation is not presented as assessed achievement.

More Than Attendance

Learn

Develop new knowledge and skills.

Create

Apply learning through something tangible.

Demonstrate

Explain, present or showcase what has been learned.

The goal is not simply to say, “I attended.” It is to be able to say, “This is what I learned and this is what I created.”

Supporting Young People Responsibly

Innovate Forge Academy coaching and mentoring is educational and developmental. It is not psychology, counselling, medical treatment, mental-health treatment or crisis support.

Programs involving young people operate within the Academy’s applicable child-safety and safeguarding practices.

For international students, parents or guardians remain responsible for:

  • • Travel
  • • Accommodation
  • • Transport outside the agreed program
  • • Guardianship arrangements
  • • Visa requirements
  • • Activities outside the agreed Academy experience

unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Innovate Forge Academy does not provide:

  • • Immigration advice
  • • Visa advice
  • • Education-agent services
  • • University admission guarantees
  • • Guardianship
  • • Accommodation
  • • Medical services
